Important Reminder for Vendors Interested in Booth Booking at SUITEX25
- Tentative Reservations
Your reservation will be considered tentative until confirmed. Booth selection will be conducted through a balloting process. Please note that registration may close earlier if all booths are sold out. The date for the booth balloting process will be announced later. - Maximum Booking Limit
Vendors may book a maximum of four (4) booths within the designated areas. - Booth Layout
The number and location of booths are as shown in the layout above. - Inquiries

To secure your reservation, submit the completed form along with the registration fee. Full payment must be made within 7 working days of registration. Failure to do so will result in the automatic release of your reservation. The secretariat will confirm your payment and booth category via email to the designated contact person. - Registration Date
20th December 2024 – 31st January 2025.

The company accepts full accountability for any outcomes, including any applicable penalties, and agrees to adhere to all rules and regulations outlined for SUITEX25.
